THE NUMBERS EXPLAINED:
185 engagements with 159 companies across 12 issue areas
45 dialogues led to action without escalation
99 engagements led to shareholder resolutions filed on behalf of 70 shareholders
19 resolutions were withdrawn when companies agreed to take requested actions
55 resolutions went to a vote and received an average support of 18.4%
43 resolutions had votes above the re-filing thresholds
$1.8 trillion of total share value was voted in support of our resolutions
15 resolutions challenged by companies at the SEC; we won 6, and 9 were omitted
