Costco Wholesale Corporation: Disclosure of Antibiotics Use in Meat Supply Chain

BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that Costco adopt an enterprise wide policy to phase out the use of medically important antibiotics in its private label chicken supply chain (including routine use for disease prevention) with an exception for treatment and non-routine control of diagnosed illness.
