BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that NextEra Energy, Inc. (NextEra Energy) report to shareholders on the outcomes of the Company's diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by publishing quantitative data on workforce composition and recruitment, retention, and promotion rates of employees by gender, race, and ethnicity. The reporting should be done at reasonable expense and exclude proprietary information.

BE IT RESOLVED: Shareholders request that NextEra Energy, Inc. ("NextEra Energy") publish annually a report, at reasonable expense and excluding proprietary information, assessing the Company's diversity and inclusion efforts. At a minimum the report should include:

the process that the Board follows for assessing the effectiveness of its diversity, equity and inclusion programs,
the Board’s assessment of program effectiveness, as reflected in any goals, metrics, and trends related to its promotion, recruitment, and retention of protected classes of employees.
